If your order arrived incomplete, there may be a few possible reasons:
1. Split Shipments
Sometimes an order needs to be divided into multiple packages due to size or stock availability. If this happens, you will receive separate shipping confirmations for each parcel. The remaining items should arrive shortly.
2. Item Cancellation Due to Stock Issues
On rare occasions, an item may be unavailable due to an inventory error in our warehouse or retail stores. If this occurs, we will cancel the affected item(s) from your order. You will be notified by email, and any payments already processed will be refunded. Invoices are adjusted accordingly, and you will not be charged for cancelled items.
In both cases, you will receive an email from us with further information regarding your order and how to proceed.
