The available carriers depend on the country you're shipping to and the services offered there. You’ll see the delivery options and prices in your cart at checkout - these may vary depending on your location and chosen carrier.
Depending on your country and the carrier, your order may be delivered either to your home address or to a pick-up point. This will be clearly indicated during checkout.
Please note: Once your order is placed, we are not able to change the delivery method (e.g. from home delivery to a pick-up point). If you wish to make changes after placing your order, please contact the carrier directly.
– For PostNord shipments, we recommend downloading the PostNord app. It allows you to easily track your parcel and adjust delivery preferences.
Please use the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email to monitor your delivery. If you have selected home delivery, we recommend ensuring that someone is available to receive the parcel at the time of delivery.
