Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your delivery address. We can only make changes within a short time frame after your order has been placed.
If more than an hour has passed, your order is likely already being processed, and we won’t be able to change the address directly. In that case, we can assist by contacting the carrier on your behalf. Please note:
- Address changes may delay delivery by up to 48 hours.
- We can only change addresses within the same country.
If your parcel has already left our warehouse or you’ve received a tracking email, we are unfortunately no longer able to make any changes.
