Orders are delivered Monday through Friday. If you place an order on a Danish public holiday, it will be processed on the next working day.

Important Information for U.S. Customers
Due to increased tariffs, we’ve made adjustments to our delivery charges. Please note the following updates:
- In line with updated U.S. customs regulations, all orders shipped to the United States are now subject to import duties, customs fees, and handling charges, regardless of the order value.
- These fees are not included in the checkout price and are collected upon delivery. As the recipient, you are responsible for import clearance and for paying any applicable charges. Read more about this here.
If you choose not to pay the import duties or customs fees, and the order is not picked up, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, any customs-related fees and handling charges incurred will be deducted from your refund.
