Do you have problems tracking your parcel? There can be several different reasons for this. Maybe one of the points below can help you further?
- If you have placed your order more than two days ago and haven't received any tracking email from us, please contact the Customer Care Team by email, phone, or chat, and they will have a look.
- If you have placed your order within the last two days and haven't received a tracking email yet, your parcel most likely didn't leave our warehouse yet. When it leaves the warehouse, you will receive an email with the shipping details and a tracking number.
- If you received a tracking email but are having problems with the link in the email, please copy and paste the tracking number and go directly to the carrier site (PostNord or UPS) to track the parcel.
