All prices displayed on tigerofsweden.com include VAT. The price shown is the final price you pay, and no additional fees or duties will be added, aside from any applicable shipping costs.
An invoice is attached to your shipping confirmation email as a PDF for every order. Please note that invoice details cannot be modified once your order confirmation has been issued.
For customers placing orders within the EU, we offer VAT refunds when goods are exported outside the EU, provided the total order value meets or exceeds the minimum purchase threshold set by the country of purchase.
To request a VAT refund, please print the invoice attached to your shipping confirmation and have it stamped by Customs as proof of export. You must then contact us within three months of your purchase and provide the following:
- A copy of the invoice with the official customs stamp
- Proof of permanent residency outside the EU, including your non-EU address
- Your bank details (IBAN and BIC)
Once your documents have been reviewed and approved, our Finance Department will process the refund directly to your bank account.
