If you discover a fault or defect in your product, please note that all items are covered by a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase.
If your item was purchased through our website and appears to be damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Care team here. They will review your case together with our Production team to ensure the issue is handled appropriately.
To submit a claim directly, please email us at customercare@tigerofsweden.com. To help us assess your case efficiently, please include the following information. You will receive a response within 48 hours, Monday–Friday:
- Order number
- Description of the damage or defect

Clear photos showing:
- The damaged area
- The care label with the style name and number
- The date you first noticed the issue

Any relevant context such as:
- How the product is typically cared for
- The circumstances under which the damage occurred
The case will be assessed carefully, taking into account our detailed knowledge of the product’s materials and construction, as well as the information you provide. Once the review is complete, we will inform you whether your claim has been approved or declined.
Please note that we cannot process claims for products not purchased on our website. If your item was bought in a Tiger of Sweden store, at a retailer, or through another website, we recommend contacting them directly. Your right to claim is at the store/website where you purchased the item. We also advise bringing a receipt or proof of purchase, as the store may decline the claim if you don't have proof of purchase.
You must submit a complaint within a reasonable timeframe after discovering a fault. We recommend doing so as soon as possible, ideally within 14 days of noticing the issue.
