Return window:
Please return your order no later than 14 days of receiving your order, (or informing us of your wish to make a return) since we won't be able to accept your return after this time. The same return policy applies to discounted items bought during sale or with a discount code.
To return your order, simply navigate to our “Shipping & Returns” section at the bottom of the website to find the link to the return portal.
How to submit a return in the return portal:
1. Please enter the order number that you are returning (this can be found on the order confirmation, and it starts with a 6xxxx) + the email address associated with your order.
2. Select the item(s) you wish to return and a reason code for the return, as well as the carrier you wish to return with. Continue to confirm the return of your order.
3. An automated email will be sent to that email with your return label. Or it can be printed directly on the confirmation page. Print the label and attach it to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at your selected return carrier.
Returning from a country outside of the EU:
If you are returning from a country outside of the EU, kindly also follow the below steps:
1. Attach 1 copy of the "commercial invoice" to the outside of your parcel for customs handling.
3. Deliver it to your selected return carrier.
As your return has to undergo customs handling, it may take up to a month for this process, depending on your country. So, please be aware of delays due to this.
We aim to process a refund within 3 days of receiving your parcel and send you an email to let you know we have processed your return. After you have received the email, please allow 5-10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. The amount of time this takes will depend on which bank or payment option you chose.
Returning from the US:
If you choose to not pay the import duties or other customs' fees, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, any custom's fees or handling charges incurred will be deducted from your refund.
Isle of Man, Greenland and Faroe Islands: Unfortunately we are currently not able to offer returns through or returns portal for these countries. This is due to returns services not being supported with the carriers that we use from these locations. We are really sorry about the inconvenience regarding this. You will be responsible for the full cost of returning the parcel, and the products will be your responsibility until your parcel reaches our warehouse. Please send your return to the below address:

Can I use a different carrier?
You have the option to arrange a return shipment yourself through any postal courier within 14 days. In this case, you will be responsible for the full cost of returning the parcel and the products will be your responsible until it reaches our warehouse. We recommend that you use a carrier that offers traceable shipping and that you keep the receipt of this, until your return reaches our warehouse. Please note that in the case of damage or loss of any items, we cannot offer any help our compensation.
Can I return my order in one of your stores?
Unfortunately, at this point, all items purchased in our web shop have to be returned to our warehouse in Denmark, as our stores are currently not to set up for online orders.
