While you can generate a return shipping label through our online portal Narvar for EU countries or Narvar for non-EU countries, returns are not complimentary.
A return handling fee, equal to our standard shipping fee, will be automatically deducted from your refund. This applies regardless of whether you paid for shipping on your original order.
Once we receive and process your return, your refund will be issued. We aim to process refunds within three business days of receiving your parcel, and you will receive a confirmation email once this has been completed. After receiving the confirmation, please allow an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Processing times vary depending on your bank or card issuer, and this delay is unfortunately beyond our control.
Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used for your order. If we are unable to refund your card, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution.
Please note for U.S. orders: If you choose not to pay import duties or customs fees, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, any customs charges and return handling fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.
