Return Timeframe
You must return your order within 14 days of receiving it (or notifying us of your intention to return). Unfortunately, returns made outside this timeframe cannot be accepted. This policy also applies to discounted items purchased during sales or with a discount code.
To initiate a return, please scroll to the bottom of our website and visit the Shipping & Returns section. There, you’ll find a link to our return portal. Be sure to select the country you are returning your order from to ensure the correct process is followed.
Alternatively:
- If you're returning from within the EU, you can use this EU return portal link.
- If you're returning from outside the EU, please use the International return portal link.
How to Submit a Return in the Return Portal:
1. Enter the order number (found on your order confirmation and starting with 67xxxx) along with the email address associated with your order.
2. Select the item(s) you wish to return, provide a reason code for the return and choose your preferred return carrier. Confirm the return of your order.
3. An automated email will be sent to that email with your return label. Or it can be printed directly on the confirmation page. Print the label and attach it to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at your selected return carrier.
Returning from a Country Outside the EU:
If you are returning an order from outside the EU, please also follow these additional steps:
1. Attach one copy of the commercial invoice to the outside of your parcel for customs processing.
2. Drop off the parcel at your chosen return carrier.
Since returns from outside the EU undergo customs processing, please expect delays of up to one month, depending on your country.
Refund Processing
We aim to process refunds within three business days of receiving your return and will send you a confirmation email once it has been completed. After receiving this email, please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Returns from the U.S.
If you choose not to pay import duties or customs fees, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, any customs fees or handling charges incurred will be deducted from your refund.
Returning from Isle of Man, Greenland and Faroe Islands:
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer return labels through our portal for these locations due to carrier restrictions. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. You will need to arrange the return yourself and cover the full shipping cost.

Can I Use a Different Carrier?
Yes, you may return your order using any postal courier within 14 days. However, please note that you are responsible for all return costs and for the items until they reach our warehouse.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your receipt until the return has been delivered. Please be aware that we cannot provide assistance or compensation for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
Can I Return My Order to a Store?
Unfortunately, all online purchases must be returned to our warehouse in Denmark. Our physical stores cannot process returns for online orders at this time.
