If you haven't received all the items in your order, it could be due to several things:
- Sometimes we have to split the order because all the items you ordered were not available at the same warehouse. Then you will receive a parcel from the main warehouse and a parcel from one of our retail stores. In a few occasions, you might even receive 3 parcels. Also please notice that we might have used different carriers (DHL, UPS, DPD, GLS) depending on which country we are sending from/to.
Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that there has been incorrect counting of goods in the warehouse and we, therefore, had to cancel part of your order, since the product simply has not been found in the main warehouse or in one of the retail stores. In that case, you will receive a cancel notification from us and the money will be refunded (if we have already drawn the money from your account), the invoice adjusted or we will just delete the line from the order and won't withdraw the money for that specific canceled item._________________________________________________________________________In both cases, you will receive an email from us with further information regarding your order and how to proceed.
