We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, typically within 24 hours. During sale periods, dispatch may take up to 48 hours, and in exceptionally busy times, slight delays may occur.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated confirmation email including your tracking number.
Please note that orders are processed Monday to Friday only. Orders placed between Friday and Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday, as our warehouse does not operate on weekends. Orders placed on Danish public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
