If you have returned your order or part of your order more than 1 week ago and you haven't received any emails regarding the refund, please check your bank account/PayPal account/Klarna account to be sure that the money hasn't already been refunded to you.
If this is not the case, please write an email with your order number to customercare@tigerofsweden.com and an agent will have a look at your order and get back to you as fast as possible.
Please be aware that during the sale, the refund process might take longer than usual. Our return team in the warehouse are working as fast as they can to process all returns as quickly as possible.
