We aim to process refunds within three business days of receiving your parcel. Once processed, you will receive an automated email confirming the refund. After receiving the e-mail, please allow another 5-10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. The exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
If you returned your order (or part of it) more than one to two weeks ago and you have not received a refund confirmation email, please first check your bank account, PayPal account or Klarna account to ensure the refund has not already been processed.
If you still haven't received your refund, please email us with your order number at customercare@tigerofsweden.com, or contact us here. One of our agents will look into your order and get back to you as soon as possible.
