We aim to process a refund within 3 days of receiving your parcel and send you an e-mail to let you know we have received and processed it. After you have received the e-mail, please allow another 5-10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. The amount of time this takes will depend on which bank or card issuer you have.
If you returned your order or part of your order more than one-two weeks ago and you haven't received any emails regarding the refund, please check your bank account/PayPal account/Klarna account to be sure that the money hasn't already been refunded to you.
If this is not the case, please write an email with your order number to customercare@tigerofsweden.com, or contact us here and an agent will look at your order and get back to you as fast as possible.
Please be aware that the refund process might take longer than usual during sale periods. Our returns team at our warehouse is working as fast as possible to process all returns as quickly as possible.
