At Tiger of Sweden, quality is our first priority. But if you unexpectedly do find that your product has an error or defect, your purchase is covered by the Sale of Goods Act, which gives you a 24-month warranty on all products.
So if a product purchased here at the webshop is damaged or defective, you can contact our Customer Care Team and they will have a look at your case together with the quality department.
Please write us an email with the following information and you will receive an answer from us within 48 hours (Monday-Friday):
- Order number
- A description of the damage/error
- Pictures of the damage
- All other relevant information.
Based on many years of experience, a thorough knowledge of the product's material and quality, and the information that we receive from you, the case will be assessed and you will then be notified if the complaint can be approved or rejected.
Please be aware that we are not able to help you with a claim on a product that wasn't purchased in the webshop. If you bought the product in a Tiger of Sweden store, a retail store or another webshop, we recommend you to contact them directly. Your right to claim is at the store/webshop, where you purchased the item.
We also recommend you to bring a receipt or another proof of the purchase, as the store has a right to reject the claim if you don't have a proof of purchase.
You must file a complaint within a “reasonable time” after discovering a defect in the item. We recommend that you complain as quickly as possible and within 14 days of discovering the fault.
