In the case we have sent you an item different from the one you ordered or received a product with a flaw, we apologize and kindly ask you to contact us as soon as you notice the error so we can try and help you with an exchange or return.
You may also choose to keep the product and ask for a price reduction. In that case, please provide us with some photos of the flaw so we can offer an adequate reduction. Please note that products that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
