We currently have no delays on our shipments.
Both UPS and PostNord can deliver packages as usual and report no general delays due to the epidemic.
UK:
Most packages sent in the second part of December to the UK have been greatly delayed due to COVID restrictions, which have i.a. led to the tunnel between France and the UK is closed, and several areas in the UK could not be delivered to.
We are trying our best to process all shipments as fast as possible, but advise you to be patient. There is nothing we can do to speed up the process at the moment.
