Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes to your order once you have placed it as each order is processed automatically. We, therefore, recommend you review all details thoroughly before clicking on ‘Order& Pay’.
If you would like to purchase additional items, please place a new order. We are not able to combine 2 orders and ship them together. Each order will be shipped separately from the warehouse.
Also, cancellations are not possible - only within a very short period of time after you have placed your order as we process all orders quickly in order to minimize the delivery time.
If our staff at the warehouse have already processed the order, we are not able to find the order among all other orders.
It is not possible to cancel your order if you have already received a shipping confirmation that states that your order has been shipped. In this case please check the return policy for your country.
