During Christmas and Sale Periods it is very difficult for us to make changes to the address.
It is, therefore, extremely important that you always double-check the shipping address and also make sure that you write the right name as recipient as it is stated on the door or mailbox.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to request a change to your address. Be aware that we are only able to change your address for a very brief period after you have placed your order.
In the case, the processing of your order has gone too far for us to change your address, we might be able to assist you by reaching out to the carrier delivering your package. An address change might result in a delivery delay of up to 48h. Please note that we can only arrange for address changes in the same country.
If the parcel has left our warehouse/if you already received the tracking email from us, we are not able to make any changes to addresses for PostNord deliveries, unfortunately.
