While you can generate a return shipping label through our online portal Narvar for EU countries or Narvar for non-EU countries, returns are not complimentary.
A return handling fee will automatically be deducted from your refund. This fee is equivalent to a standard shipping fee and applies regardless of whether you paid for shipping on your original order.
Once we receive and process your return, the appropriate refund will be issued. We aim to process a refund within three business days of receiving your parcel and will send you a confirmation email once it has been processed. After receiving the e-mail, please allow another 5-10 working days for the refund to appear in your account. Processing times vary depending on your bank or card issuer, and unfortunately, this delay is beyond our control.
Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used for your order. If, for any reason, we are unable to process the refund to your credit card, we will contact you to arrange an alternative refund method.
Please note! For all U.S. orders: If you choose to not pay the import duties or other customs' fees, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, any customs' fees and handling charges incurred will be deducted from your refund.
