Refund policy

While you are provided with a return shipping label through our online portal Narvar, when you submit your return, returns are not complimentary. 

When returning goods, a return handling fee will automatically be deducted from your refund. The return fee is the equivalent of a standard shipping fee and will be deducted whether you paid for shipping or not.

After we receive and process your return, you will be issued the appropriate refund. To cover the cost of a return. 

We aim to process a refund within three business days of receiving your parcel and send you an e-mail to let you know we have received and processed it. After you have received the e-mail, please allow another 5-10 working days for the refund to be visible in your account. The amount of time this takes will depend on which bank or card issuer you have. Unfortunately, this delay is outside of our control.

Your refund always goes back to your original payment method that was used for your order. In the event that we are unable to refund your credit card, we will contact you to arrange an alternative means of refunding your order.
